Laban Movement Analysis

Laban Movement Analysis is a multidisciplinary method that combines elements of anatomy, kinesiology, psychology, Labanotation and others, used to describe, interpret, visualise and document all types of body movement.

A wide spectrum of people from dancers, actors, musicians, athletes, peace activists, entrepreneurs, business consultants, psychotherapists and health and wellness professionals find applications in their respective fields from this form of somatic movement.

 THIS IS HOW YOU BEGIN

You can choose to participate in a group
class that has been devised to address specific themes.

Alternatively, you can also have a personal training session, targeted to your specific needs and desires.

In both cases, the cornerstone of your practice will be embedded in breathwork and guided movement led by imagery and metaphors, dancing to your rhythm, and using touch to change body patterns.
